The entire house is yours to enjoy. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a main living room and kitchen area, a study area. There is 1 queen in 1 room, 1 king in the master bedroom, 1 king and 1 queen in the 3rd bedroom
Guest access
You’ll be able to access the house, backyard, and parking by the house. You do not have access to the guesthouse.
Other things to note
Well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee ($30/stay). For full transparency, here’s our check-out process: Optional, if you have time only: – Strip the sheets and pillowcases and put them in the washer. We’d appreciate it if you can start a load. You don’t have to wait for it to finish. – Put dirty towels in the washer, if there’s space. If not, place them beside the washer. – Make sure all dishes are washed or put in the dishwasher. We’d appreciate it if you can also start the dishwasher (unless there’s nothing to wash). You don’t have to wait for it to finish. Required: – Turn off all lights, TV, AC or heater. – Please pick up after your pets. If you leave poop in the yard, our cleaners will charge an extra $30, which you’ll have to pay. – Check to be sure you have all personal items. We are not responsible for lost/missing belongings and won’t be able to ship items back to you. – Take all trash to the trash bins. – Close and lock all windows and doors. – Please make sure all doors are locked before leaving.
