Welcome to your cozy studio retreat in the heart of San Antonio, nestled in a charming historic neighborhood. Whether you’re visiting the iconic Riverwalk or seeking proximity to the city’s renowned hospitals, this studio offers convenience, comfort, and a touch of local history. The home is equipped with its own covered parking space and flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick so that you can binge watch Netflix while laying on the couch.
The space
This cute studio is a guest house separate from a main house that is also an Airbnb. If you’re expecting a luxury, brand-new home, this is not the Airbnb for you. This is an older, historic studio that provides the basics to people who just need a bed to sleep in. The studio is located in an old neighborhood. We haven’t had issues with security, but please make sure to do your research before booking.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guesthouse and parking space on the right in the covered lot. They do not have access to the main house and should not be loitering around the main house. The parking space in the back is shared with the main house. Guesthouse guests can only park on the RIGHT side of the covered parking lot. Parking on the wrong side can lead to towing.
Other things to note
Well-behaved pets are allowed for an additional fee. TAKING CARE OF THE STUDIO: – Please turn on the air purifier and the dehumidifier (that you may have to empty every few days) to help with the air circulation. – DO NOT leave food or dirty dishes on the floor or tables to prevent the accumulation of dirt that pests love. – Clean any sticky surfaces immediately. – Avoid leaving excessive pet hair on beds and sofas to prevent additional cleaning fees. CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS – Wash all the dirty dishes. – Take all trash to the trash bins. – Turn off all lights, and turn A/C or heater to 72. – Close all the windows and the door. – Remember to pick up your dog’s poop. If our cleaner has to pick it up, we may have to charge additional cleaning fee. – Check to be sure you have all personal items. We are not responsible for lost/missing belongings and won’t be able to ship items back to you.
