The space
Lounge in comfort on the love seat or sofa in the living room, with a classy coffee table and smart TV.
Each bedroom is furnished with cozy queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, and dresser. The guest bedroom also has a desk and office chair for your convenience.
The full bath has hygiene amenities, such as Q-tips, cotton pads, flossers, and extra toilet paper to start your stay. The kitchen is also stocked with cookware and flatware, in addition to complimentary items, like coffee, tea, sugar, dish soap, paper towels, and other kitchen essentials to get your stay off to a great start!
Guest access
Guests have access to the house, a private driveway, and the backyard space. There is no access to the garage.

Before booking, please take a moment to read the checkout checklist:
– Turn off lights, TV, AC/heat, and all kitchen appliances.
– Please pick up after your pets. Bag and toss your pet’s poop into the outside trash bin. There is an additional $30 cleaning charge for any pet poo left on the property.
– Take all of the trash to the outside trash bins.
– Check that all windows and doors are closed and locked before leaving.
Optional helpful things you can do during checkout
– Remove sheets and pillowcases from the beds, and put them in the wash machine. If you are able to start a load before leaving, we greatly appreciate it. You don’t have to wait for it to finish, we’ll take care of the rest.
– Place any used towels and other linens in a pile beside the wash machine.
– Make sure all dishes are washed, or put into the dishwasher before you leave. If there are dirty dishes in the dishwasher, please start it before checking out. It helps us a lot and we really appreciate it.
